I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this hotel. the room was surprisingly huge and spacious, providing plenty of space to work at the desk. The fast and reliable wifi connection was a welcome bonus, allowing me to seamlessly attend video meetings without any hitch. Additionally, the check-in process was smooth and efficient, with friendly staff who had my room ready promptly at the designated time. The hotel's convenient location, within walking distance to the city center and major event venues like SSE Hydro, made it an ideal choice for exploring Glasgow and attending events.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Convenient location for shopping, with easy access to shops and restaurants. the breakfast was enjoyable and the rooms were well-maintained.
The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were overly hot. There was a lack of adjustment for the radiator, forcing us to sleep with the windows open.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Charing Cross station and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The room was lovely, clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast, with a variety of options to choose from. a wonderful experience.
The occasional noise from outside, but it didn't significantly affect our stay.
