The beds were uncomfortable and the rooms were overly hot. There was a lack of adjustment for the radiator, forcing us to sleep with the windows open.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from Charing Cross station and within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The room was lovely, clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a nice bathroom. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast, with a variety of options to choose from. a wonderful experience.
The occasional noise from outside, but it didn't significantly affect our stay.
